Customer Service Lacking

RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!. Franks hardware recommended ML&S for a specialty key that they couldn’t make so I went there and waited with another gentleman in the lobby. After waiting awhile, I eventually called the # and got an angry woman who said she’d be right out and came out and scolded me for calling because it interrupted her other call. I apologized saying I didn’t know she was on the phone and her response was ‘Ya Right!’. I reminded her that I’m a customer and because of her very, very rude behavior will take my business else where there’s respect for people. Her response, “Ya Go Ahead”. I’m sure ML&S does great work but they’ll never get my business
